Firefighter Survival & Rapid Intervention Teams is a scenario-based training program focused on MAYDAY response, firefighter survival, and Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) operations. The course uses a progressive training model that builds from individual and buddy-based skills to coordinated team scenarios under realistic fireground conditions.

This 1-day course focuses on decision-making under pressure, air management, self-rescue, and the rapid search, packaging, and removal of downed firefighters.

Built around real-world staffing and operational challenges, the program can be adapted to align with the host department’s equipment, SCBA platform, and response model.
